1) Administration Officer (Mornings)
Part-time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am–11:00am (term time)
The Administration Officer (Morning) provides essential front-office and student administration support each morning. Responsibilities include managing phone and email enquiries, recording attendance, supporting safe morning transitions, and assisting with first aid and early pick-ups.​

​2) Business & Compliance Officer
Part-time | Mondays | 8:00am–4:15pm (term time)
The Business & Compliance Officer supports the operational backbone of Compass, ensuring key administrative systems and compliance obligations are met. This role includes invoice/receipt processing, Xero support, payroll coordination inputs, HR administration (contracts/recruitment support), and WHS/risk management documentation.​

3) Executive Assistant & Resourcing
Part-time | Tuesdays & Fridays | 8:00am–4:15pm (term time)
This high-trust role provides executive support to the Co-Principals and supports resourcing systems across the school. The Executive Assistant & Resourcing role includes calendar and workflow coordination, document preparation, procurement coordination, supplier liaison, and maintaining templates and systems for continuity.​

4) Marketing & Media Officer
Part-time | Wednesdays | 8:00am–4:15pm (term time)
The Marketing & Media Officer supports Compass’ communications and profile-building. This includes curating social media, supporting advertising and signage, website updates, newsletter content, event promotion and community outreach. The role also includes participation in key promotional events including Open Days and community events.​

5) Enrolments Officer
Part-time | Thursdays | 8:00am–4:15pm (term time)
The Enrolments Officer is a warm first point of contact for prospective families and supports the end-to-end enrolment process. Responsibilities include responding to enquiries, coordinating tours and interviews, maintaining enrolment pipeline data, preparing enrolment documentation, and supporting open days.
Outdoor Learning and Play Guide (2026)
Part-time / casual | Term time | Rostered days (Mon–Fri)
The Outdoor Learning and Play Guide supports one of Compass’ most valued daily programs — providing safe, enriching outdoor learning experiences in local parks and parklands. This role prioritises active supervision and child safety, while also supporting children’s wellbeing, play, friendships and emotional development. The role includes key routines such as safety checks and roll calls, transitions to and from outdoor locations, and lunch supervision in the classroom.
We welcome applicants with strengths in play and wellbeing (core), physical activity/sport, Spanish language, and/or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives.
Shifts: typically 10:30am–1:00pm / 1:30pm (2.5–3 hours per day)
Remuneration: $37.00 per hour + superannuation
